Cool Places in Ipoh : Patisserie Boutique

This place is like another option to have cakes/pastries after Secret Recipe.
They have a wide range of choices which is even better!

We went there to try the dessert of the week which was Nutella Soufflé Pancake.
It looks so appetizing in pictures we just couldn't resist.

What the hell is a soufflé you ask?

"A soufflé (French: [su.fle]) is a lightly baked cake made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savory main dish or sweetened as a dessert. The word soufflé is the past participle of the French verb soufflerwhich means "to blow up" or more loosely "puff up"—an apt description of what happens to this combination of custard and egg whites." It is indeed so so fluffy and soft and is served with bananas and strawberries and ice cream on top which screams delicious oh god!

Since I haven't had my lunch yet, I ordered a bowl of Smoked Salmon Aglio-Olio

However, i think the beverages are quite overpriced. Ordered a glass of iced caramel latte for RM 12. Might as well ordered another souffle hmph!

Well, enough about the food. 

The cafe is situated next to Plan B and Burps & Giggles.

The interior decor is all parissy (is that even a word) and it is quite a small cafe actually.

Operation hour is from 1030H until 1800H. 

Closed on Wednesday.
