Scuba diving?

YES PLEASE!

As you can see, it is on my wishlist (refer the side bar hehe).

A friend of mine had kinda talked me into it
and I've been reading a lot about diving since then and that's it,
I think I want to try diving next!

But the whole process is not that simple.
There'll be courses & classes;
that requires a whole lot of time, money and commitment...
which I don't have and I can't give for now.
I just can't wait to graduate and have all the time in the world
to do all the things that I love.

2 more years!
I can wait.
The sea can wait.

Hiking is my (current) forte,
and I have a long list of mountains-to-hike.
I guess I should spend the time I have for now for the mountains :)

So yea I'm just posting this for my future reference.

30 by 30 list - Dream Wedding

I just want to have a very simple wedding reception.

Outdoor.

At night.

With just family and close friends.

Or maybe on a rooftop.

Cool Places In Ipoh : Wall Cimbing

One more thing to scratch off my wishlist weehooo!!

What is it?

Wall climbing!

Tak plan pun. And usually the unplanned things always turn out so well and fun and exciting, no?

If you read my previous posts, you know that i am somehow in a challenge to say "YES" to everything (not really EVERYTHING).

Monday (11/8/14), i was in the surau performing Zohor. Boleh pulak lupa silent phone. Nasib baik dah tahiyat akhir. Tapi sementara nak bagi salam tu, sempat jugak la berbunyi intro lagu Coheed and Cambria - Welcome Home. Gelabah jugak la sebenarnya sebab kalau nak tau.... ni lagu metal. So bayangkan la bunyi dia macam mana memecah keheningan orang khusyuk beribadah cewah.

Rupa-rupanya OP Paep call. (OP is the gelaran given to those who graduated from Royal Millitary College Sg Besi). His real name is Amir actually. Dia ni memang kaki outdoor activities. Gunung, bukit, dinding, serata malaysia semua dia panjat. He's currently working on a program to hike an ice mountain somewhere in India. Dah kira expert jugak la dia ni. Dia cakap petang tu dia ada dekat Ipoh, so dia ajak climbing. Kita pun cemana lagi, terus on.

Taktau pulak dekat Ipoh ni ada benda cenggini. Situated in the compound of Pejabat Belia dan Sukan Ipoh (red building) next to Stadium Indera Mulia. It's free! Plus dia just ada satu dinding je dekat situ. And orang-orang yang climbing ni, diorang macam satu geng tau (or family untuk imej lebih mesra hahaha). So since diorang ni kawan Paep, kita dapat la pinjam equipment yang diperlukan.

Firstly, Paep panjat ke atas untuk sangkut kan cangkuk and masukkan tali untuk jadi pulley. Bila Paep dah settle set up everything, I was the first to climb up. Oh, I forgot to mention that I went there with Hana and Ezza.

Rasa macam cicakman dah melekat dekat dinding tu. As a first timer, I did quite well actually. I climbed up fast, and high! Tapi tak sampai ke puncak, dapat 3/4 je. Kenapa? Sebab bila dah sampai ke 3/4 tu, permukaan dinding tu dah start melengkung. Batu untuk dipijak/dicapai dah makin jauh. Kita ni dah la katik. Tangan pulak tak kuat. So memang tak dapat nak grip apa semua. Tangan pun dah lenguh, so give up je la penyelesaian dia.

Ezza and Hana also didn't manage to get to the top. Takpe, this is our first time kan. We'll need to practice more on the right techniques and stuffs :)

Ezza in action

I tried for the second time. Tried a different route, but still couldn't get to the top. I really had to start working out again. Nak kena kuatkan biceps and triceps. I used to play basketball on the evenings, tapi dah berhenti sebelum Final Exam Year 1 dulu sebab kononnya nak focus more on studies (kononnya la), tambah pulak sport shoes dah hancur dilanyak buat caving dekat Gua Tempurung haritu. Sampai sekarang tak terbeli kasut baru lagi.

Paep cakap kita power ok! Haha. Dia cakap probably sebab badan kita ringan. And he told me to practice to get to the top. I surely will! InsyaAllah kalau berkesempatan, i'll go and climb there again, and that time, I'LL GET TO THE TOP! Mark my words.

Radhi OAG @ Khizanat

Sabtu lepas gua join satu program kebajikan "Feed to Care" nama dia, kerjasama antara Khizanat Ipoh, Kelab Pembina and Sahabat Online Shop. Nama pun dah Memberi Makan untuk Berkasih (literal abah dia), takkan neurons tak bersambung fikir objektif dia apa kan.

Ramai jugak volunteers dalam lebih kurang 70 orang gitu. Ada orang luar but mostly are my collegemates. So around 2200H after groupings and bahagi stuffs (blankets/ clothes/ food), semua gerak pergi tempat masing-masing.

Sepatutnya seronok. But somehow i found it quite boring. Why? Sebab tak banyak pun jumpa homeless people (it's a good sign though). Sebenarnya kalau nak jumpa insan-insan terpilih ni kena keluar pukul 2-3 pagi macamtu, tapi kitorang gerak awal sangat. And kalau kau jumpa ada yang terlentang dekat corridor tu sebenarnya bukan orang gelandangan tapi mabuk.

0200H semua orang kena kumpul balik dekat Khizanat.
Here comes the best part.
Since ramai lagi tak sampai, tetiba......

JENG JENG JENG

Radhi OAG keluar bawak gitar !

Gigih tau nak record walaupun screen phone dah retak seribu.

Radhi memang selalu lepak Khizanat, tak caye pergi tengok instagram @khizanat. And dia memang selalu libatkan diri dengan kerja-kerja amal macamni :) Biarlah kisah silam dia. Now he's starting back from zero and we should support him.

Kau sanjung Avicii bagai nak rak tapi kalau tak kenal OAG takde makna bro. Nah gua belanja video Radhi perform tiga lagu malam tu. (never knew he was that peramah and so cheerful and sporting)
